The Short Version

AllImgTools processes all images entirely in your browser. Your images are never uploaded to any server. We have zero access to your files. This is not just a promise . It is how the software is architected. No image data ever leaves your device.

1. Who We Are

AllImgTools (“we”, “our”, “the Service”) is a free, browser-based image processing platform available at allimgtools.app, operated as an independent service. For privacy enquiries, contact us at [email protected].

2. Data We Do Not Collect

  • Your images: All image processing (compression, resizing, format conversion, cropping, merging, rotation, watermarking, meme generation, blurring, and PDF conversion) happens locally in your web browser using client-side JavaScript and the HTML5 Canvas API. No image data is ever transmitted to our servers.
  • Personal information: We do not require accounts, logins, or any personal information to use our tools. We do not ask for your name, email address, or any identifying details.
  • Advertising networks: We do not use Facebook Pixel, advertising networks, or any ad-related tracking scripts. We do not serve ads.

3. Data We May Collect

  • Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site, such as which pages are visited and how users navigate between tools. GA4 collects anonymised usage data including page views, session duration, approximate location (country/city level), device type, and browser. This data helps us improve the site. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
  • Server access logs: Our web server automatically records standard technical information for each request: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, and the pages visited. These logs are retained for up to 30 days solely for security monitoring and are not used to identify individual users.
  • Contact form submissions: If you contact us via our contact form or by email, we store the message and your email address solely to respond to your enquiry.

4. Cookies

AllImgTools uses essential functional cookies (for example, to remember your theme preference). We also use cookies set by Google Analytics to measure site usage (see Section 3). We do not use advertising cookies or any cookie that enables ad networks to profile you across websites.

5. Infrastructure & Third-Party Services

  • Hosting: The site is hosted on a VPS (Virtual Private Server). Standard access logs are retained as described in Section 3.
  • Cloudflare: We use Cloudflare as our CDN and DNS provider. Cloudflare may process IP addresses to protect against DDoS attacks and deliver content efficiently. Cloudflare's privacy policy is available at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
  • Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 for anonymised site usage statistics. See Section 3 for details and opt-out instructions.
  • No data selling: We do not sell, rent, or trade any user data to third parties under any circumstances.

6. Data Security

Because your images never leave your device, the risk of image data breach is eliminated by design. The website is served exclusively over HTTPS (TLS 1.2 or higher) to encrypt all communication between your browser and our servers. We apply industry-standard security headers to mitigate common web vulnerabilities.

7. Your Rights Under GDPR (EU / EEA Users)

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • Right of access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification: You may request that we correct inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure: You may request deletion of your personal data where no legal obligation requires us to retain it.
  • Right to restriction: You may request that we limit how we use your data.
  • Right to data portability: You may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Right to object: You may object to the processing of your data.

8. Your Rights Under CCPA (California Users)

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. 9. Data Retention

Server access logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days. Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to resolve the enquiry and for up to 12 months thereafter. No image data is ever stored on our servers.

10. Children's Privacy

AllImgTools is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
