AllImgTools provides free, browser-based image processing tools including compression, resizing, format conversion, cropping, merging, rotation, watermarking, meme generation, blurring, and image-to-PDF conversion. All processing occurs locally in your web browser.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for the images you process using our tools.
  • You must have the right to use, modify, and distribute any images you process through our Service.
  • You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • You agree not to attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Service's infrastructure.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your images. AllImgTools does not claim any ownership over images processed through the Service. The AllImgTools name, logo, and website design are the property of AllImgTools.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your specific requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AllImgTools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Since all processing occurs in your browser, AllImgTools is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during image processing.

7. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We may also introduce paid features or usage limits in the future.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
