By accessing or using AllImgTools (“the Service”) at allimgtools.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. About the Service

AllImgTools is an independently operated service. The Service provides free, browser-based image processing tools including compression, resizing, format conversion, cropping, merging, rotation, watermarking, meme generation, blurring, and image-to-PDF conversion. All processing occurs locally in your web browser using JavaScript and the HTML5 Canvas API. No images are uploaded to or stored on our servers.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Service for personal, educational, or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any connected systems.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Service's availability or integrity.
  • Use automated scripts to access the Service in a manner that places excessive load on our servers.
  • Reproduce, copy, sell, or resell any part of the Service without express written permission.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for the images you process using our tools.
  • You confirm that you own or have the legal right to use, modify, and process any images you submit to the Service.
  • You agree not to process images that are illegal, infringe third-party intellectual property rights, or violate any person's privacy rights.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all images you process through the Service. AllImgTools claims no ownership or licence over your images. The AllImgTools name, logo, website design, and underlying code are the intellectual property of AllImgTools and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
  • The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.
  • The quality of any outputs will meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AllImgTools and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. Since all image processing occurs locally in your browser, AllImgTools bears no responsibility for any data loss that may occur during processing.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We process minimal personal data. Your images are never uploaded to our servers.

9. Service Availability & Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice. We may also introduce additional paid features or usage limits in the future. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

10. Links to Third-Party Sites

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content or privacy practices of those sites and accept no responsibility for them.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. You are responsible for compliance with your local laws when accessing the Service.
